Summary: Our stay was mostly great, really only have one complaint. Both the shower and sink drains are extremely slow. Literally a 1 minute shower and you’re standing in 2 inches of water. Likely both are plugged.

Summary: The hotel went above and beyond for our stay. I had reached out asking if they could do something for a birthday we were celebrating and they so nicely left a package for us in our room. Highly recommend!

Summary: Property was excellent. Clerk less than friendly. Hilton’s never before mentioned “Security Deposit” was a total surprise and an insult. Poorly explained at desk and now we’re not sure we trust Hilton to return it. No other major chain we stay with has ever asked this. We’re seniors and disappointed. We’ll look for other hosts as we continue our travels

Summary: The only thing is the hallway was noisy and hotel by a train track. I didn’t realize that. Lots of trains went by. Very close to shopping though and that is why I picked that hotel.

Summary: There is construction going on at the hotel for the rest of the year so parking is limited. There was a ruckus going on in the lobby at around 3:00 am that kept us up.

Summary: Only complaint was the unawareness of the hotel renovation and the room next door giving us a rude awakening by backing on our walls thinking it was us knocking but it was the construction going on outside on the opposite side of our room (323) was our room and the room 321 (left of us) and construction starting so early 7am is early for some of us
